You need to install the Zolved Remote Control Viewer software in order to
access a client computer.
 
1.  Install
 
    
     Run "Solved Remote Control Viewer.exe"
 
2. Connect
 
  •             Enter the 8 digit PIN that your client gave to you (not your bank PIN)

  •             Click on the hyperlink to view the terms. Check the box if you agree to them.
            
  •             Press Connect and rule the universe! (or just solve a nagging problem for your mom)

  •              If you have had problems, try playing with the Speed settings or the other Options...
 
             Note: it is common to see some discoloration as the Remote Control often reduces the color information   transferred to reduce bandwidth.
