In the course of performing repair, data recovery and other services on clients’ computers, our staff will not access your personal data in any form without your consent. In addition, we will be required to keep our clients’ personal information confidential.

 

Service policy
We stand behind our professional and quality services. We won’t charge you if our services do not meet or exceed our promised objectives at the beginning of the service.
 
Our Service Rates
You have three options to pay our services. A. Per-hour Rate; B. Flat Rate; C: Month Plan Rate.

 

Pick-Up Service 

We will pick up your computer for free, if your residence is within 10 miles to Belmont, MA.

 

Limited Warranty Policy

We cover our services for up to 30 days except for parts that are not purchased though us.
