Our remote support session would be only possible after you endow us the permission to connect to your computer with a session based password. We would be working on your computer under your observation. You have a full control to terminate the remote session any time.
A. Security and Encryption of Remote Support Session:
Encryption is based on 256-bit SSL encryption.
B. Session Number:
Each time you start the remote client a random 9-digital session number is generated. It is displayed on the remote client main dialog. You will provide us the session number through phone or email.
